Job summary

Gigs is seeking an accomplished Lead Product Manager for Gigs for Work. You will own the product vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap, working alongside the GM and GTM teams to reshape how employee connectivity is managed across borders.

You will lead a cross-functional effort with engineering and design, shaping integrations, data models, and platform investments to scale rapidly in multiple markets. The role offers hybrid work with opportunities to travel to hubs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management with ownership of a product area or portfolio
• Experience shipping for enterprise buyers and serving multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on with modern AI tools and data-driven decision making
• Ability to write a compelling vision that motivates teams
• Strong written communication to align executives and cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and own the roadmap for Gigs for Work across multiple years
• Engage with IT, People, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders to uncover needs
• Define data models, platform investments, and back-end roadmap to enable country launches
• Automate processes with AI to reduce manual work across markets
• Design integrations with HRIS, identity, and MDM systems to auto-follow the lifecycle
• Lead weekly discovery, specs, build-vs-buy decisions, and launches with engineering/design
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to extend current shipped features
• Write narrative docs to align leadership and cross-functional teams
