• Own and execute high-stakes global programs end-to-end, from strategy and scoping to planning and delivery.
• Drive step-change improvements in operational processes and workflows.
• Bridge compliance and commercial strategy by partnering with GTM and leadership to translate regulatory requirements into competitive advantage.
• Build and run operating models across diverse cross-functional teams, keeping workstreams aligned and accountable.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by preparing strategic reviews for senior stakeholders and managing escalations.
• Translate user friction into program evolution through data-driven feedback and improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve systemic operational gaps before they impact users.
• Champion Stripe’s Operating Principles with a culture of rigorous thinking and rapid execution.
