Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior program manager to define, own, and execute large-scale regulatory initiatives with significant autonomy across a global portfolio. You will drive cross-functional execution, craft templates and documentation, and unblock teams to deliver strategic programs end-to-end.

You will operate at senior levels, translating complex regulatory requirements into compliant, scalable workflows while focusing on user trust and rapid execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-stakes global programs end-to-end, from strategy and scoping to planning and day-to-day tracking.
• Drive improvements in operational processes to enhance business outcomes and top-line metrics.
• Bridge compliance and commercial strategy by partnering with GTM and account leadership.
• Build and run operating models across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Compliance).
• Serve as a trusted advisor by preparing strategic reviews for senior stakeholders and managing escalations.
• Translate user friction into program evolution through data-driven insights and actionable improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve systemic operational gaps to prevent impact to users.
• Champion operating principles by fostering a high-performance culture of execution.
