Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior program management leader to own and execute high-stakes global regulatory initiatives with autonomy and strategic impact. You will partner across Legal, Compliance, Product, and GTM to design long-term visions while delivering tangible improvements and templates for execution.

You will influence senior leadership, manage complex cross-functional projects, and ensure execution aligns with Stripe’s operating principles and growth goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on execution track record: independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder plans from inception to completion.
• Exceptional communication: distill complex topics into clear, persuasive narratives for senior audiences.
• Systems and infrastructure builder: design, launch, and scale cross-functional operating models and PMO frameworks.
• Growth mindset: willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and seek feedback to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-stakes, global programs end-to-end from strategy to delivery.
• Drive improvements in operational processes and build workflows that boost business outcomes and metrics.
• Bridge compliance and commercial strategy by partnering with GTM and account leadership.
• Build and run operating models across diverse cross-functional teams with clear accountability.
• Prepare strategic reviews for senior stakeholders and manage critical escalations.
• Translate user friction into program evolution through data-driven feedback loops.
• Identify and remediate systemic operational gaps to protect users.
