Job summary

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or Go-to-Market in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to execute independently across multi-stakeholder programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex topics for executive audiences.
• Experience designing and scaling cross-functional operating models and PMO frameworks.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-stakes global programs end-to-end, from strategy and scoping to planning, tracking, and change management.
• Drive improvements in operational processes by building systems and workflows that improve outcomes and metrics.
• Bridge compliance and commercial strategy by partnering with GTM and leadership to turn regulatory requirements into advantages.
• Build and run operating models across diverse cross-functional teams, keeping workstreams aligned and accountable.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by preparing strategic reviews for senior stakeholders and managing escalations.
• Translate user friction into program evolution by gathering feedback and turning insights into improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve systemic gaps before they impact users, building self-healing processes and scalable infra.
