Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior product strategist-operator to support the Risk team. You’ll define metrics, diagnose risks, and drive interventions to improve outcomes. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Operations, and Strategy to turn signals into actionable plans.

This role combines rigorous analysis with hands-on execution, shaping in-year priorities and influencing product and business decisions at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product strategy, ops, analytics, or similar roles in tech.
• Experience with P&L ownership or business outcomes.
• Curious about data, trends, and customer usage patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain metrics for Risk's in-year performance.
• Lead deep-dive interventions to diagnose and fix critical goals.
• Translate risk theses into in-year priorities and plans.
• Synthesize risk signals into clear leadership materials.
• Test plans against market dynamics and execution capacity.
