Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior Program Manager within the Risk PMO to define, own, and execute strategies for large-scale regulatory initiatives with autonomy across a portfolio of global projects.

This highly visible IC role requires influencing senior leadership while driving execution, designing long-term visions and managing detailed templates, deliverables, and cross-functional unblockages.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PMO/Strategy/Operations/GTM in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Hands-on execution: manage complex multi-stakeholder plans from inception to completion.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling: distill complex topics for senior audiences.
• Systems and infrastructure builder with cross-functional PMO experience.
• Growth mindset: adaptable, eager to learn and improve through feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global programs from strategy and scoping to planning and tracking.
• Drive improvements in processes by building systems and workflows that boost outcomes.
• Bridge compliance and commercial strategy with GTM and account leadership.
• Build and run operating models across Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Prepare strategic reviews for senior stakeholders and manage critical escalations.
• Translate user friction into program evolution using data-driven insights.
• Diagnose and resolve systemic operational gaps with scalable solutions.
• Champion Stripe’s Operating Principles with a bias for rapid execution and user focus.
