Stripe is seeking a senior PMO/Program Manager to own and execute large-scale regulatory initiatives across a portfolio of global projects. You will operate with significant autonomy, influence senior leadership, and drive delivery with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or GTM in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on execution track record managing complex multi-stakeholder plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; distill complex topics clearly.
• Experience designing and scaling cross-functional operating models.
• Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and act on feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute high-stakes global programs end-to-end.
• Improve operational processes and build scalable systems.
• Bridge compliance and commercial strategy with GTM and account leadership.
• Build operating models across Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Prepare strategic reviews for senior stakeholders and manage escalations.
• Turn user feedback into actionable program evolution and improvements.
• Identify and resolve systemic gaps to prevent user impact.
• Promote Stripe’s operating principles and a high-performance culture.
