Qualifications

• 6+ years in risk program management, strategy, management consulting, business operations, or operations program management.
• Ability to dig into data and think from first principles to deliver results.
• Manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities and drive solutions.
• Strong PM skills with end-to-end execution transforming operations.
• Enjoy solving complex problems and turning ambiguity into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global programs from scoping to design and execution.
• Collaborate with Risk Operations, Risk Product, Risk Eng, andPolicy teams to prioritize projects.
• Design and launch programs that improve operational processes and outcomes.
• Serve as Risk Operations expert and partner with cross-functional stakeholders on large projects.
• Embody Operating Principles and foster values and culture.
