Job summary

Middlemore is pleased to be retained by a global Financial Services organisation to recruit a Senior Reward Manager. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Total Reward & Benefits, you will join the global Reward function and create additional senior capability in the US.

The role provides senior technical advice and recommendations to translate business strategy into practical reward and mobility solutions delivered to the business, supporting transformation across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of compensation, incentives, and pay structures.
• Experience designing global reward programs in a multinational environment.
• Strong governance and regulatory awareness.
• Senior stakeholder communication and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and governance of compensation, incentive, and reward programmes.
• Govern annual reward cycles, salary reviews, and benchmarking.
• Develop global pay structures, job architecture, and grading frameworks.
• Provide senior advisory support to the Group Head and stakeholders.
• Own the Group's HR mobility framework and international assignments.
• Drive change programs, automation, and system upgrades in reward.
• Coach and develop reward professionals and manage cross-geography relationships.
