Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in employer benefit strategies, with multi-national exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business/economics or related field; law degree is a plus.
• CPA, EA, JD/LLM or related professional designation; must obtain one within 1 year of hire.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading multinational client engagements and teams.
• Ability to innovate and communicate complex ideas in people, process and technology.
• Excellent advisory, analytical, and presentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering tax and operational guidance on post-transaction reward programs worldwide.
• Advise clients, manage relationships, ensure quality service delivery and project management.
• Lead engagement teams day-to-day and ensure timely billing, collections, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with clients and perform business development across firm functions.
• Coach and mentor tax professionals and develop engagement teams.
