Job summary

KPMG LLP in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits to join the Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice. You will lead a team delivering tax- and operations-focused compensation programs during corporate transactions and ongoing mobility projects.

You will cultivate senior client relationships, manage engagement quality and financial performance, and mentor tax professionals while coordinating cross-functional teams on complex multi-national assignments.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in employer benefit strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field; Law degree is a plus.
• CPA/EA/JD/LLM or advanced designation (MBA, CBP, CCP, CEBS, etc.) or equivalent credentials; time to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage a team focused on post-transaction compensation and benefits for corporate events, including design and integration.
• Cultivate senior-level client relationships and advise on technical, compliance and operational matters.
• Lead engagement teams and ensure quality service delivery and project management across engagements.
• Manage quality, risk and financial performance, including budgeting, billing and collections.
• Contribute to business development and cross-functional collaboration across the firm.
• Coach and mentor tax professionals and develop engagement teams.
