Job summary

Renaissance is seeking a Manager, Global Mobility & People Relations to own mobility, immigration, tax vendor management, and related HR guidance for leaders and employees across the US. This role partners with HRBPs and COEs to align policies with business needs.

You will manage external vendors, track cases and costs, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional HR projects from scoping to post-launch review.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a COE or HR generalist role.
• Experience with global mobility, immigration, or relocation programs.
• Ability to manage external vendors to service levels and budget.
• Strong project, stakeholder, and change-management skills.
• Excellent communication and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expatriate and immigration programs policy level.
