Job summary

Enstar Group, a global re/insurance leader, seeks a Senior Reward & Mobility Manager to drive compensation, incentives, job architecture and mobility across its worldwide operations from Saint Petersburg, FL.

You will provide expert guidance to HR and Finance, shape governance and analytics, and lead delivery on international assignments and integration projects to support growth and workforce transformation.

Qualifications

Experience designing compensation and bonus programs.
Proven ability to benchmark pay and ensure internal equity.
Knowledge of global mobility and expatriate programs.
Strong governance, risk and compliance capabilities.
Advanced analytics and modelling using Excel/BI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead design, delivery and governance of reward programmes across the Group.
Oversee annual salary reviews and bonus planning with senior stakeholders.
Manage global pay structures and grading frameworks for consistency.
Provide senior advisory and reporting to Head of Global Total Reward & Benefits.
Lead mobility framework including international assignments and relocations.
