Job summary

Harbor is seeking an HR Global Mobility and Rewards Administrator to join our growing team. This hybrid role supports international assignments, share plan administration, payroll, tax, and compliance with guidance from the Global Mobility Lead and Global Reward Manager.

We welcome graduates or candidates with some administrative experience who want to build technical expertise across mobility and employee rewards. Nantwich, England-based office, with remote work capability.

Qualifications

• No prior mobility or share plan experience needed; full training provided.
• Interest in international work and employee rewards.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort with numbers and data; analytical mindset.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and case management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with equity compensation or share plans.
• Experience with HR, payroll, or reward-related systems.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer international assignments and share plans.
• Liaise between employees, HR, payroll, finance, and providers.
• Ensure steps of assignments meet agreed timescales.
• Administer share plans using a dedicated platform (training provided).
• Support cyclical reward events and reporting.
• Maintain accurate case records and status reports.
• Respond to employee queries professionally.
• Monitor service delivery and escalate issues.
• Review supplier invoices against budgets.
• Explain processes and services clearly to client employees.
