Job summary

Uniphore, a Business AI company, is seeking a Sr. Director of Revenue Operations to lead global forecasting, sales productivity, and automation. Based in Palo Alto, you will partner with senior leaders to scale the revenue engine across regions.

You will own the forecast end-to-end, design processes, implement CPQ and commission systems, and drive data quality with AI-enabled insights. Seasoned leaders with 12+ years in RevOps and enterprise sales favored.

Qualifications

12+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields across Sales, Commercial, and Partner Ops.
Experience in Enterprise sales with multi-year deals and $1M+ TCV.
Proven ability to lead offshore/global teams.
Track record of owning company-level forecast with data-driven rigor.
Hands-on use of AI tools to redesign revenue workflows.
Experience presenting forecast/pipeline to executive leadership and board.

Responsibilities

Lead Sales Commissions & Compensation Planning and automate monthly processing.
Own Sales Planning & Operations including quota design and territory planning.
Drive CPQ configuration and pricing initiatives with Product Ops & Revenue Systems.
Oversee Deal Desk, discount policies, and contract negotiation support with Legal.
Audit orders and opportunities to ensure accurate closed-won data and billing delivery.
Lead region pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and data quality improvements.
