Planet Labs PBC seeks a visionary Vice President of Revenue Operations to align people, processes, and technology for sustainable growth as the company scales toward $1B in revenue. You will oversee a global RevOps team, drive AI-enabled forecasting, and connect pre-sales through post-sales in a unified operational engine.

This full-time, hybrid role can be based in San Francisco, CA or Arlington, VA, requiring three days per week in-office.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology-focused enterprise-scale businesses with Revenue Ops or GTM leadership.
• Scale revenue orgs to $500M–$1B+ and lead distributed global teams.
• Align AI with commercial strategy; build AI-ready data architecture and leverage AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner to the CRO, shaping data-led decisions and forecasting rhythm.
• Own sales productivity and forecasting rigor with actionable insights.
• Lead AI-first RevOps strategy and automate core revenue workflows.
