Job summary

Reddit is seeking a senior leader to head Revenue Strategy & Operations for Global Large Customer Sales (LCS). You will translate strategy into clear goals and disciplined execution across regions, verticals, and segments, owning planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional leaders to scale a globally consistent GTM model and drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or related functions.
• Strong business judgment and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience influencing senior executives and aligning stakeholders without formal authority.
• Proven ability to build operating cadences, forecasting systems, and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Strategy & Operations for Reddit's Global LCS channel.
• Own planning processes from annual/quarterly to weekly performance reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Business Ops to improve productivity.
• Shape channel strategy, operating model, and investment decisions.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and scalable GTM programs for LCS.
