RevOps Careers is seeking a VP of Global Revenue Architecture to lead a ~45-person global team and set the strategy for retention and expansion across Enterprise, Enterprise Growth, Mid-Market, and Industry Expansion.

You will own the performance, hiring, and development of a global organization of ~100 across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring consistent standards while adapting for regional and market nuance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer success, account management, or revenue-facing leadership within B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading through multiple layers of management.
• Experience operating across multiple regions and time zones.
• Direct experience building or scaling a new segment, vertical, or ‘startup within a startup’ motion.
• Comfort owning relationships with customer C-suite and VP stakeholders on high-stakes accounts.
• Data-driven, change-management mindset.
• Collaborative leadership style.
