You will translate business priorities into actionable plans, establish governance, and drive measurable impact across regions and functions, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and adoption of new operating models.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, business operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across regions and revenue functions with measurable results.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of new processes and go-to-market strategies across large teams.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into practical, executable plans with clear priorities and resources.
• Excellent governance, risk management, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of high-priority global revenue programs from concept to impact measurement.
• Prioritize initiatives across sales, presales, partnerships, enablement, finance, and product.
• Establish alignment across regions and functions with consistent operating rhythms.
• Organize and facilitate executive steering committees, planning cycles, and quarterly reviews.
• Develop scalable program frameworks, playbooks, and performance dashboards.
