Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to VPs, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
Translate priorities into integrated talent and workforce strategies.
Identify risks and talent gaps before they impact performance.
Provide executive coaching and guidance on culture, leadership, and succession.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
Use data, benchmarks, and AI tools to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
