Job summary

Advanced Navigation in Huntsville is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, champion exceptional customer experience, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. You will bridge Sales, Logistics, and our global client base to ensure seamless execution and accurate order attribution.

Key duties include validating orders, handling billing, tracking shipments through delivery, and maintaining Salesforce data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order management, sales operations, or trade compliance.
• 2+ years of delivering exceptional customer support.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of international shipping docs, export control, and trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Validate customer purchase orders against quote terms, pricing and availability.
• Manage end-to-end billing and submit invoices via email and vendor portals.
• Track orders from submission through delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee trade compliance and AUKUS export permits for commercial and defense orders.
• Maintain AUKUS permit records in Salesforce and coordinate with Logistics.
• Process DEC03 forms for shipments to Canada and Latin America.
• Audit Salesforce for data integrity and avoid duplicates.
• Verify sales orders align with correct account owners and attribution.
