Advanced Navigation in Huntsville, TN is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to own the order lifecycle, bill customers, and maintain compliance with export controls. You will partner with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure accurate order attribution and Salesforce data integrity across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order management, sales operations, or trade compliance.
• 2+ years delivering customer support in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of international shipping docs and export control basics.

Responsibilities

• Validate purchase orders against quotes and pricing.
• Process and submit invoices via email and vendor portals.
• Track orders from submission to delivery and resolve issues.
• Ensure export permits and AUKUS compliance records are maintained.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure seamless data handoffs.
• Complete DEC03 forms and export applications for Canada/Latin America.
• Audit Salesforce for duplicates and data integrity.
• Verify correct account owners for orders and opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
