The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in order management or trade compliance, strong customer service experience, and proficiency with Salesforce and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of order management, sales operations, or trade compliance experience.
• 2+ years of exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Solid understanding of international shipping docs and trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Validate customer purchase orders against quotes, terms, and availability.
• Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing via emails and vendor portals.
• Track orders from submission to delivery and resolve issues.
• Oversee export compliance and secure AUKUS permits for applicable orders.
• Maintain AUKUS permit records in Salesforce and coordinate with Logistics.
• Process DEC03 forms for Canada and Latin America shipments.
• Audit Salesforce entries to ensure data integrity across teams.
• Verify sales orders align with correct account owners and attribution.
• Perform other duties as needed.
