Job summary

Gong is hiring an Enterprise Revenue Architect to partner with our largest customers. You will guide executive stakeholders, design AI-driven workflows, and drive adoption and measurable revenue outcomes across the enterprise lifecycle.

You will lead a team to execute revenue transformation strategies, engage cross-functional leaders, and ensure a strong, data-driven value realization and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services teams in a B2B SaaS company
• 6–10+ years in customer-facing roles (CSM, AM, Implementation, or similar)
• Experience with Financial Services or Healthcare customers, or professional work experience in those industries
• Proven track record of coaching others to own relationships with senior stakeholders (VP and C-suite) and lead value/ROI conversations
• Passion for driving customer centricity with cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and executives)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to influence at leadership level
• Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes and KPI tracking
• Growth mindset, coachable, thrives in fast-paced environments and change

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Revenue Architects. Provide coaching on account strategy, executive presence, and value realization.
• Revenue Transformation Strategy: Design and oversee strategies to modernize revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS; tailor for financial services and healthcare industries.
• Workflow Architecture Oversight: Map current-state processes to AI-driven workflows that drive revenue outcomes.
• Adoption and Change Management: Drive adoption initiatives that embed Gong into daily team rhythms across Enterprise accounts.
• Value Realization: Use data-driven insights to quantify business outcomes showing Gong’s ROI and strategic value.
• Renewal and Expansion Management: Own renewal strategy and execution, partner with cross-functional leaders on growth and NDR.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Sales, Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Adoption & Usage: Focus on adoption to accelerate time-to-value and retention across enterprise accounts.
