You will own program delivery end to end, manage plans, timelines, budgets and cross-functional partners to ensure flawless execution in retail stores worldwide. The role requires 5+ years in program management, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive improvements in processes while communicating progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in PMO or cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and people in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills to run meetings and align partners.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships in large, global organizations with senior leaders.
• Self-starter with strong time management, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery end to end: set up and manage the Plan of Record and drive from due diligence to completion.
• Ensure systems and plans are in place for flawless execution across key moments in retail stores worldwide.
• Lead cross-functional program teams, owning timeline, budget, deliverables, dependencies and risk mitigation.
• Drive status reporting, leadership communications, and company-wide alignment and approvals.
• Turn ambiguity into action: track milestones, propose changes, build contingency plans.
• Build relationships with corporate partners, field teams and vendors worldwide for alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and roll out improvements to program management processes.
• Drive problem-solving and end-to-end work with minimal oversight.
• Create and deliver presentations communicating plans, progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.
