Job summary

You'll coordinate RFQ responses, manage cross-functional programs with CM/ODM/JDM partners, lead regular reviews, resolve issues, and drive growth through improved operational performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or related roles.
• Experience with CM/ODM/EMS/JDM supplier ecosystems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing RFQs and customer communications.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the program lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate RFQ activities, gather requirements, track deliverables, and ensure timely submissions.
• Lead regular customer meetings, status reviews, and business updates.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to drive customer initiatives.
• Manage customer escalations and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor project health and implement mitigation plans.
• Support growth by identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
• Prepare executive-level reports and program updates.
