Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of global supply chain management experience in complex industries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience defining and implementing KPIs for operational metrics
• Proficient in process mapping and analysis techniques
• Experience defining roadmaps with business leads for long-term strategy
• Experience coordinating user acceptance testing, rollout, training, and post-launch support
• Proven track record managing global, complex projects

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through delivery
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and scalable technology solutions
• Partner with functional teams and IS&T to align business processes and systems design
• Define and manage process and capability roadmaps
• Drive testing, rollout, training, and post-launch review
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership
• Manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution
• Define KPIs and measure project and operational success
