Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an outstanding Retail Readiness Program Manager within REMM's Stores Readiness team. You will manage cross-functional programs for New Product Introduction and store readiness globally, delivering detailed operational plans that enable teams to execute across all Apple Stores.

You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate with leadership, and drive continuous improvement across program management processes while partnering with corporate partners and field teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Project/Program Management or equivalent in PMO, Readiness, Strategy, or Operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills with experience aligning partners across functions.
• Experience building relationships across large, global organizations and with senior leadership.
• Self-starter with excellent time management, attention to detail, and proactive influence.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery end-to-end and manage the Plan of Record for key moments in Apple Stores.
• Lead cross-functional teams with timeline, budget, deliverables, risks, and leadership communications.
• Structure ambiguity into action, track milestones, and build contingency plans.
• Build relationships with corporate partners, field teams, and vendors globally to align readiness.
• Drive improvements to program management processes and practices.
• Operate with high agency, proactively solving problems end-to-end.
• Create and deliver presentations to communicate plans and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple programs concurrently with strong organization and attention to detail.
