Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a world-class Global Account Manager to lead global relationships with major retail customers. You will drive executive-level strategy, coordinate cross-functional AWS teams, and shape transformative IT modernization initiatives.

This role emphasizes strategic selling at the C-suite and ongoing customer advisory across the portfolio. You will partner with AWS executives to ensure sponsorship, define success metrics, and deliver value across multiple business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology-related sales or business development.

Responsibilities

• Teaming with the customer's C-suite to build strategic relationships across the account.
• Sell at the most strategic level within the account and implement a broad strategy for adoption and service implementation.
• Coordinate with AWS resources (Executives, Solutions Architects, Partners, Support, Service teams, and Professional Services).
• Engage with customer executives to share strategies that increase speed, agility, and innovation through AWS cloud technology.
• Guide customers on organizational design, IT modernization, and applying Amazon-style mechanisms to their business.
• Advise internal AWS teams on strategic initiatives, particularly in AI transformation and technology.
• Create content sharing best practices for enterprise strategy and digital transformation.
