Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a world-class Global Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with our largest retail customers. You will build and execute a global account strategy, engage with C-suite executives, and coordinate senior leadership reviews to ensure customer success at scale.

You will partner with AWS teams to align product, services and delivery, manage complex deployments, and drive growth across multiple business groups while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience representing AWS to senior personnel and leading discussions on trade-offs and risk mitigation.
• Ability to create and execute long-term transformational account strategies with customer-facing teams.
• AWS Professional level certification or ability translating technical metrics for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring and influencing colleagues and cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge of AWS or technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with C-suite executives across the account.
• Define a revenue-generating, multi-year account strategy and drive executive sponsorships.
• Coordinate with AWS resources to support customer interests and project deployment.
• Sell at the most strategic level within the account and lead broad delivery strategies.
