Meta is seeking an Energy Analytics Manager to join the Global Energy team in the United States. You will own the renewable energy data portfolio, develop forecasts, and work with Finance to support financial reporting.

You will coordinate with vendors and utilities to ensure accurate settlements, payments and robust analytics for Meta’s renewable energy portfolio. You will build scalable tools, analyze cost and generation data, and contribute to progress toward renewable energy targets using

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, energy, or related field.
• 3+ years in energy analysis, energy finance, or renewable energy portfolio management.
• Experience with renewable energy settlements, contract management, tracking systems and invoicing.
• Experience analyzing renewable energy cost and generation data, virtual PPAs, green tariffs, wholesale market data.
• Experience building data foundations and analytical tools.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with large data sets.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with PowerPoint/Google Slides and presenting data.

Responsabilidades

• Own the renewable energy data portfolio: track, analyze and report on project costs, generation, availability and profitability.
• Forecast energy cost and generation using forecasts, schedules and historical data for budgeting.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to provide renewable energy financial information for reporting.
• Provide insight for ad-hoc inquiries from cross-functional partners.
• Build scalable tools and processes to improve analytics efficiency and portfolio performance.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to validate monthly settlements and energy invoices.
• Work with utilities and suppliers to ensure timely payment of invoices and issue resolution.
• Support reporting on Meta’s renewable energy purchases, energy consumption and RECs.
