Job summary

Silvus Technologies is seeking an International Sales Engineer to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You will participate in technical sales, demonstrations, and support of Silvus radios and mesh networking products.

The role is 100% remote, with travel across Europe and to Ukraine as needed. Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required; willingness to travel and engage with customers worldwide is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with drones using digital data links and Silvus systems preferred.
• Proficient with RF instruments (signal generators, spectrum analyzers).
• Fluent in Ukrainian and proficient in English required.
• Eligible to obtain security clearances.
• Willingness to travel to potential conflict areas in support of radios.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system planning and customer training.
• Demonstrate Silvus radio and networking solutions and articulate advantages.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and training.
• Troubleshoot failures and field issues; collect data for feedback to development team.
• Travel to meet customers, events, and demonstrations up to 50–75%.
