Job summary

You will own multi-region reference architectures, ensure compliance and resiliency, and drive automation across networks, security, and identity services.

The role demands deep hands-on expertise with enterprise remote access platforms, strong scripting, and the ability to integrate AI-assisted workflows while maintaining strict auditability.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on enterprise remote access engineering experience.
• Experience with Citrix NetScaler and Omnissa Horizon.
• Automation experience with PowerShell, Python, Terraform or equivalent.
• Experience applying AI capabilities in enterprise infrastructure workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering design, build, and lifecycle of global remote access infrastructure.
• Define reference architecture and configuration standards across regions.
• Engineer capacity, resiliency, and failover with regional redundancy and load testing.
• Harden the access path end to end, including TLS, MFA, and security controls.
• Automate build, configuration, and validation; collaborate with cross-domain teams.
• Apply AI-assisted practices to identify recurring issues and validate remediation options.
