JPMorganChase is seeking a senior Remote Access Lead Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve the global remote access infrastructure across data centers and regions. You will define reference architectures, automate builds, and ensure secure access for a multi-region global workforce.

This hands-on role requires expert knowledge of ADCs, VPNs, and identity integration, with an emphasis on resilience, security, and auditable changes. Collaborative cross-domain engagement is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience engineering enterprise remote access, application delivery, or VDI at global scale in regulated environments.
• Hands-on expertise with ADCs and access gateways, SSL/TLS, and authentication policies.

Aufgaben

• Own the engineering design, build, and lifecycle of global remote access infrastructure.
• Define reference architecture and standards across regions; retire legacy builds.
• Engineer capacity, resiliency, and failover with regional redundancy and load testing.
• Harden the access path end to end including TLS, MFA, and device posture enforcement.
• Automate build, configuration, and validation; collaborate across networks, identity, security, and data centers.
• Leverage AI within workflows, ensuring validation and data sensitivity compliance.
