Job summary

Sirva is seeking a Relocation Operations Training Specialist to own the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs, communications, and documentation for global operations and strategic client accounts.

You will liaison with Account Management, Operations, and Learning & Development to ensure readiness, adoption of new processes, and consistent execution across teams. The role emphasizes attention to detail, project management, and high-quality materials.

• Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated ability to deliver highly accurate, polished, and professional work products.
• Strong organizational skills and project coordination with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to anticipate dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts of operational changes.
• High level of accountability and ownership for deliverables.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality client-facing communications, training materials, and presentations.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, Microsoft Copilot, learning technologies, and digital content platforms.

Responsibilities

• Train, onboard, and enable consultants and operations teams across global accounts.
• Create and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Measure training effectiveness through surveys and outcomes while maintaining calendars.
• Develop client-ready materials and collateral meeting branding and quality standards.
• Support rollout planning, stakeholder coordination, and change management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and leverage new technologies.
