Job summary

K2 Corporate Mobility in Houston, TX is seeking a Relocation Manager to oversee door-to-door shipping and relocation services for corporate assignees. You will develop relationships with clients and act as the main contact for assignees throughout relocations.

You will coordinate a range of services including household goods shipment, temporary accommodation, and destination services, while managing data, reporting, and adherence to company processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in relocation management or household goods preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assignees and clients via video, email, and platforms
• Coordinate household goods shipment, temporary housing, and destination services
• Manage tenancy, language training, spousal support, and related services
• Coordinate third-party vendors, bookings, and audits
• Prepare client reports and maintain accurate data in Ascent/Access Workspace
• Ensure compliance with information security and data protection policies
