Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience in international logistics.
• Knowledge of air/ocean freight and customs brokerage.
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Experience with ITAR/ OFAC licenses preferred.
• Proficiency with CargoWise TMS and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional international operations and P&L performance.
• Align regional goals with the operations director and business plan.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive new account development and revenue growth for international services.
• Provide daily guidance and support to stations and staff; address performance issues.
