Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Recruiting/HR coordinator to support interview scheduling across US and China time zones, manage candidate communications, and maintain ATS and Notion trackers. You will post openings on multiple platforms and assist with offer letters and onboarding.

Collaborating with the HR Manager, you will help shape recruiting processes and accelerate the pipeline in a fast-paced SaaS/tech environment. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, business administration, or similar major.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Able to work across time zones with asynchronous communication.
• Experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Able to move fast and stay calm under shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across US and China time zones.
• Manage candidate communications and keep the pipeline moving.
• Post and update job listings across platforms (LinkedIn, Workable, Indeed, etc.).
• Maintain and update our ATS and candidate tracker (Notion).
• Help draft offer letters, schedule onboarding, and handle HR admin.
• Work closely with the HR Manager on recruiting strategy and process improvements.
