Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
• Clear and professional English and Mandarin communication.
• Comfortable working across time zones and with async communication.
• Experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.
• Remote to hybrid role with base location in Cary, NC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones for US and China teams.
• Manage candidate communications and keep the pipeline moving.
• Post and update job listings across LinkedIn, Workable, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Maintain and update the ATS and candidate tracker in Notion.
• Support sourcing efforts through LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, and referrals.
• Draft offer letters, schedule onboarding, and handle HR administration.
• Work closely with the HR Manager on recruiting strategy and process improvements.
