Job summary

Jobtailor in Cary, NC is seeking a Recruiting Coordination Specialist to manage interviews across US and China time zones, maintain candidate communications, and keep the hiring pipeline moving.

You will post and update job listings on LinkedIn, Workable, Indeed, and other platforms, maintain ATS and Notion trackers, and support sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals. Strong English and Mandarin, calm under pressure, and experience with ATS tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
• Clear and professional English and Mandarin communication.
• Comfortable working across time zones and with async communication.
• Experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.
• Remote to hybrid role with base location in Cary, NC.

Responsibilities
