Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. You will coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones, manage calendars, and maintain clear communication with candidates, TAPs, and hiring managers.

You will leverage ATS tools to track progress, help optimize scheduling workflows, and contribute to on-site events when needed, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Typically, 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of team member data.
• Ability to work with high accuracy and quick task adoption.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS and scheduling tools.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity to resolve scheduling challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage complex calendars and ensure timely updates for candidates and interviewers.
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates throughout scheduling process.
• Collaborate with TAPs, hiring managers, and interviewers to align timelines and feedback.
• Assist with recruiting events such as career fairs or on-site interview days.
