Job summary

Apex Space, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage end-to-end interview scheduling, host on-site candidate tours, and support Ashby ATS reporting from Playa Vista, CA. This contract role offers a clear path to full-time conversion as the team scales rapidly in aerospace and manufacturing.

You'll coordinate travel, logistics, and expenses to ensure a high-quality candidate experience, while partnering with recruiters to keep hiring moving and processes smooth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 2+ years in a high-paced environment.
• Experience supporting a high-volume or highly technical recruiting org.
• Strong ATS experience with data hygiene and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own complex interview scheduling and coordination end-to-end.
• Host and tour candidates on-site and manage day-of logistics.
• Coordinate candidate travel and onsite expenses for a quality experience.
• Serve as a trusted contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling challenges.
• Identify and implement process improvements for recruitment efficiency.
