Job summary

Menlo Security is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage end-to-end scheduling, candidate logistics, and ATS administration for fast-moving technical hiring across geographies. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and security leaders to ensure a high-touch interview experience, leveraging AI-assisted tools and data analytics to optimize scheduling and candidate journeys.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR coordination experience.
• Hands-on expertise with modern ATS systems (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and scheduling tools.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-time-zone calendars with accuracy and speed.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong commitment to candidate privacy and data confidentiality.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate multi-stage interview loops across global time zones, coordinating assessments, reviews, and executive panels.
• Deliver white-glove candidate experience from initial screen to offer, with detailed itineraries and guidelines.
• Maintain ATS excellence in Ashby, ensure data integrity, initiate background checks and NDAs.
• Partner on recruiting operations, assist with job postings and events, support workflow improvements.
• Become an Ashby expert for the team, troubleshoot and optimize ATS workflows.
• Synthesize interview feedback using AI to support hiring committee decisions.
