Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or scheduling.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and ATS.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support current employees onsite with client sites in the Bay Area.
• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.
• Partner with recruiters and client coordinators to facilitate interview logistics.
• Manage interview logistics for phone, virtual, and onsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting data within ATS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support recruiting events and onsite interview coordination, resolving scheduling bottlenecks.
