Qualifications

• Experience balancing automation with human intervention in scheduling.
• Ability to partner with recruiters, sourcers and hiring managers to optimize process.
• Familiarity with AI-driven scheduling tools and decision-making.
• Strong judgment to decide when to override automation and communicate status.

Responsibilities

• Automation Supervision: manage scheduling tools and intervene when needed.
• Pipeline & Capacity: identify bottlenecks and surface capacity concerns.
• Complex Scheduling: own high-stakes changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Escalations: own escalation paths and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Project Work: lead scheduling-related projects end-to-end.
• Coverage: coordinate pod coverage during absences and surges.
• Candidate Experience: maintain a high-touch, warm experience and transparency.
