Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams, driving best-in-class candidate experiences across regional and global levels. You will be a subject matter expert in the interview lifecycle and influence the process to help internal growth.

This is a 6-month contract role with a hub-office hybrid schedule; onsite presence is required 3 days per week, with opportunities to work on high-potential projects and global initiatives in Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling interviews across multiple business units.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Interview Scheduling Process across multiple business units at regional and global levels.
• Manage logistics for the interview process including travel and candidate reimbursements.
• Audit Employment Agreements and Background Investigations prior to start dates.
• Build partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize the process.
• Prioritize tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency and fairness.
• Master applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools like Workday, Goodtime, Google Suite & Slack.
• Contribute to regional and global team projects and dashboards.
