Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Spring, TX is seeking a Project Manager to deliver consulting services across real estate projects from initiation through completion.

You will collaborate with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, quality control and risk management, and lead a delivery team to ensure successful outcomes aligned with client objectives.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management are essential to drive performance and value for our clients and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets, schedules, quality control and risk elements.
• Define delivery resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule; track progress.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
