Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee communication strategies for the designated region aligning with company and departmental goals.

• Manage departmental cultural communication channels including H5 content, copywriting, and video production.
• Support the establishment and promotion of the service brand, enhancing employee recognition and engagement through topics, events, and activities.
