Responsibilities

• Support real estate transaction & leasing strategy aligned with Americas portfolio.
• Contribute to strategic analysis, reporting, and forecasting for the portfolio.
• Manage stages of real estate activities from site selection to approvals.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to optimize portfolio performance.
• Oversee regional properties for regulatory compliance; negotiate contracts and rent terms.
• Prepare executive summaries for senior leadership on portfolio status and plans by location.
• Support management of operating costs and capital expenditures within budget.
